Expert Witness

Expert witness representation, either in a more traditional role appointed by one of the parties, or more recently as a single joint expert, forms a cornerstone of services offered by CSA's more senior staff.  We have an excellent track record, in all manner of tribunal contexts, including criminal trial, public inquiry, district and magistrates courts. As ever, resolution prior to an appearance at court is the most desirable outcome, but if it comes to it we relish the scrutiny of our expertise of a cross--examination.
