CSA provides a comprehensive service from baseline surveys to planning, layout of the facility, negotiating noise and vibration limits in planning conditions and permits, right through to compliance monitoring.  Typically the scope will also include computer modelling of noise impacts, mitigation optimisation, preparation of Environmental Statement, expert witness representation.  With numerous projects of this type having been completed and operational, CSA is well positioned to undertake the appropriate scope of services for both new operations and the expansion of existing facilities.
