Joel Bird

Joel joined CSA in September 2024 as an Assistant Consultant after graduating from the University of Southampton with an MEng in acoustical engineering.

Joel completed an internship at the ISVR during the summer of 2023 in which he designed and built a device for demonstrating digital signal processing techniques.

Since joining the team at CSA, Joel has been involved in a variety of projects, notably architectural acoustics and plant / building services assessments, with recent and ongoing exposure to noise and vibration control in gymnasia.

Joel is building on his solid foundations and is an Associate Member of the IOA.
